We are a family business offering acceptance and maintenance testing of all types of electrical power equipment, as well as troubleshooting and commissioning services. The company also offers engineering services: protection and control design/upgrade, system studies, owner’s engineer, NERC services, and upgrade and new substation design.
The Sigma C team is headed by CEO Jim Cialdea, PE, who has been in the testing and maintenance industry for 40-plus years and is a well-known industry expert. Jim is a member of the NETA Board of Directors, a Past President, and serves on multiple committees. He also serves as Secretary of the Boston Chapter of IEEE PES and is a member of the National Electrical Code Committee CMP4. His son, Stephen, also a Professional Engineer, is COO and has 10-plus years in the industry. Together they are building a team of highly motivated and experienced technicians and engineers. The company is growing rapidly and looks forward to supporting the NETA Mission and the power industry.
